The New York stoneware jug of ovoid form with large chip on the tooled mouth, the front shoulder stamped N. CLARK & CO. ROCHESTER above cobalt blue slip decoration of freehand flower flourish and numeral 2.
Measures 15 x 10.5 inches.
Good condition, noting a large chip on the mouth, there are no other chips, cracks or repairs, firing pits inside the handle and on the side.
