185: AMERICAN LOCOMOTIVE CO BUILDER'S PLATE FOR D&RG 1137

The cast bronze plate with lettering in high relief on pebbled ground from Denver and Rio Grande 2-8-0 locomotive 1137 built June of 1906 and scrapped October of 1956.
Measures 7.5 x 14 x 0.5 inches.
Good original condition with scaling and darkening to the untouched surface, a very small tight line along the bottom edge, no damage or repair.
