217: A LATE 19TH CENTURY BOTTLE FOR AT&SF CHEMICAL DEPT

The clear glass bottle with hand-tooled lip and embossed marking of AT&SF CHEMICAL DEPT, and a later paper information tag.

Bottles of this manufacture method were made circa 1860 to 1890 range. The closer the seam to the top, the later the bottle. Bottles made after 1900 have mold seams all the way through the lip to the top of the rim.
Measures 10.5 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
