A large, complex, otherworldly composition filled with figures and settings that conjure a variety of thoughts, themes and expressions - all being swept by a common wind. Artist's initials lower right, signed verso and titled 'Animalia (East Wind)'. The canvas measures 48 x 75, frame measures 49.5 x 77 inches. Barbara Waterman-Peters is a Kansas artist who earned her BFA from Washburn University in Topeka in 1973 and her MFA from Kansas State University in Manhattan in 1998. Taught at Washburn University 1985-86 and 1999-01.
Very good original condition free from damage or repair to any degree.
