Image measures 8.5 x 8 with a framed size of 21.5 x 25.5 inches. And image measures 8 x 6.5 with a framed size of 18.25 x 15.25 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. Neither work has been examined outside the frame.
