123: A 19th C. CHINESE QING DYNASTY SILVER INLAID GUANYIN

The silver wire-inlaid bronze or copper figure of the Bodhisattva Guanyin standing with long robe, her forehead dot and necklace is of inlaid silver beads, her robe with inlaid silver wire cloud decoration. The back is inlaid with a silver wire 石叟 Shisou mark. The figure is displayed on carved rosewood base in the shape of an ancient pine branch. The inscription refers to a famous late Ming dynasty artist.
Measures 19 x 6 x 4.5 inches without stand.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair or heavy wear.
Provenance: The estate of a wealthy Kansas City collector whose family requests anonymity.
