100: A GOOD 18TH CENTURY FRENCH ROCOCO TRUMEAU MIRROR

The smaller sized example with elaborate carved wood ornament in original gilt finish framing a nicely painted canvas with cherubic children over the mirror plate, one child presents the other with a fish, a great example in untouched condition.
Measures 97 x 37 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear at some edges.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
