209: TWO GOOD 19TH C. MINIATURE PORTRAITS OF GENTLEMAN

Each sitter is depicted having nice character and are handsome, one composition has a nice flower in the window and good frame that appears to be 18th century. The other is finely executed and displayed in a good frame with cloth spandrels.
Measure 5 x 4.25 and 6.75 x 5.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting minor issues consistent with age, and materials.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
