257: RARE 1920s IRON BENCH AFTER A DESIGN BY KARL SCHINKEL

The cast iron back of three Classical urns draped with swags of laurel over a pencil-rod seat supported by one-piece cast iron ends with open arm, attributed to the W. A. Snow Iron Works company circa 1925 based on the designs of furniture and stage set designer Karl Friedrich Schinkel (1781 - 1841).
Measures 35 x 58.5 x 23 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear at some edges.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
