The aquatint etching from an edition of only 85 prints is signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right and dated 1933, titled lower left, dedication on the lower margin reads 'Sincerest regards to Doel Reed whose grand stuff and whose lesson on the subject were responsible for getting me into this mess!.'
Image size measures 7.5 x 9.5 with a framed size of 19 x 20.5 inches.
Very good to fine condition, the full untrimmed sheet, not laid down, no damage, stain, puncture or repair; framed to archival standards in acid free mounts.
