The case of five drawers profusely decorated by inlays of bone, brass filigree corners, brass tacks, brass filigree back plates at the key holes and end handles, raised on four turned bun feet.

Parts of India were under Portuguese rule from 1505 to December 1961.
Measures 13.5 x 16 x 12 inches.
Very good original condition, noting splits and the effects of age, minor defects and losses as shown, no serious damage or repair.
