123: AN OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE WINE COOLER SIGNED CRESWICK

The campagna urn form cooler with removable drop-in liner enclosed at the rim by a gadrooned edge, an original hand engraved family crest on the front wall, lion figural handles, raised on a circular socle foot with gadrooned edge over concentric rings, mark of T & J. Creswick, Porter Street, Sheffield underside of the base.

This was found separated from its mate in a separate part of the house. It's mate sold on May 15, 2021 in Session Number One.
Measures 9 x 9 inches.
Very good condition, noting a shadow around the engraved crest that may polish.
