2. 1865 discharge for a William Shickles. Ancestry.com lists a William Shickles of missouri as having been a prisoner of war in the American Civil War.

5. mid 19th century had colored bookplate of St. Joseph, Missouri and Weston, Missouri.

6. Various other items of interest as shown.
Apparently the condition is very good, none of these has been examined outside the frame.
