From Catlin's North American Indian Collection, London, circa 1844. Depicts ten braves in hides and feather headdresses, dancing in snowshoes. Hand tinted with areas of possible retouch throughout, visible only when held at a certain angle, visible as a glistening sheen. Sheet size 15-3/8 x 20-3/4 inches.
Some toning to sheet, small vertical tear from lower center edge, remnant tape across top edge. Not laid down.
