28: FOUR 18TH C. PIRANESI CANDELABRA ENGRAVINGS

The four engravings depicting Classical candelabra and ornament from the portfolio Vasi, candelabri, cippi, sarcofagi, tripodi, lucerne, ed ornamenti antichi disegnati ed incisi dal Cav. Gio. Batt. Piranesi, circa 1778.
Each has a sight size of 26.5 x 16.75 inches and overall frame size of 32 x 22 inches.
Apparently the condition is good, there are no visible issues of damage, repair, punctures or tears. One has a central fold line, all are wavy, rippled, and have even overall toning with a few scattered darker spots of toning or foxing, none are laid down. None of these have been examined outside the frame. One print does not have glass in the frame.
