462: AN 18TH CENTURY SPANISH BRASS CROSS OF CARAVACA

The Caravaca soldier's cross cast in two pieces and joined with the front or top layer cast with openings that create a shadow effect, angels on either side appear to support the crucifix, the top is mounted with a cast brass bail that swivels on an iron rivet.
Measures 6 x 2.625 inches.
Very good condition.
