With 320 illustrations, engraved from the author's paintings. 8vo, illustrated red cloth boards, 298 pp and 303 pp respectively. Fold-out map present in volume I. Fly leaf of volume I with penciled name and address of previous owner and other notations. Deckled page edges. All color plates and maps accounted for.
Normal toning to pages, but foxing to preliminaries of both volumes. Some sun fading to spines. Very good set overall.
