With geometric applied cushion moldings on the four drawers, bulbous carved legs and 'H' stretcher base. Circa 17th/18th century. Measures 36 x 71.5 x 20.5 inches. Purchased from Lammert's in St. Louis, Missouri. Provenance: the Post Foundation Art Library.
Good condition as shown noting some effects of age and use as expected in that there are split and misshapen wood issues and scattered repairs.
