The squarish channeled frame with diamond wrap of three rows of round brilliant stones in graduated sizes at either end is centered by a 18.5 x 14 millimeter blue topaz. cast mark of Italy 750 18k.
Measures 1.25 x 1 inches, weighs 16 grams with stone.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
