The pear shape Swiss blue topaz measuring 24 x 18 mm enhanced with twenty-nine round and eight baguette diamonds in approximate sizes of .03 to .07 carats each, stamped 14k mark on the bail, measures 1.5 x 1 inches, weighs 16 grams.
