268: A LATE 19C. LOUIS XV STYLE BRONZE MOUNTED VITRINE

The gilt bronze mounted rectangular serpentine form, the hinged top with inlaid designs of flowers and foliate, an inset with beveled glass opening to a velvet-lined interior, the frieze glazed on four sides with gilt-bronze acanthus cast chutes and raised on slender cabriole legs terminating in foliate sabots.
Measures 30.5 x 26.25 x 19.25 inches. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
