337: AN ANTIQUE CARVED SHELL CAMEO PIN / PENDANT IN 14K

A carved shell cameo with seed pearl accents and a twisted wire outer frame. The unmarked two-color gold bezel tests to 14k gold and is set with a hinged necklace bail, the brooch pin is missing, the measurements are 2.25 x 1.75 inches and the weight is 14 grams. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Good condition, noting that the pin back and clasp are missing. There are natural lines in the shell carving upper left area, though no cracks or chips.
