344: AN EARLY 20TH C. CHINESE CARVED QUARTZ TABLE LAMP

A large jade-colored quartz carving of recumbent phoenix-form ewer supporting a small pavilion, on hardwood base with openwork carving and topped by the original period brocade cloth shade with hanging ornaments. The carved portion measures 9.5 x 12 x 4 inches, 22 inches to the finial. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Very good noting some discoloration of the stone's natural fissures and inclusions.
