364: A PAIR OF SEVRES PORCELAIN VASES WITH CHAMPLEVE ENAMEL

A pair of cobalt ground baluster form bronze mounted vases, each with champleve enamel decoration on the bronze neck and socle, white marble bases. The body of each is painted with the full length portrait of French gentleman and lady in 18th century dress artist signed C Rochette, the opposite side with torch and musical pipes. The height of the pair is 11 inches each. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
One vase has a considerable crack. The condition of the other is very good. There are no other issues of chips, cracks or repairs.
