An oil on artist's board signed lower right, a New York street scene in the snow with American flags, circa 1930. The work measures 16 x 12 inches, the frame 23 x 19 inche. Provenance: Acquired through Henry Ruth Fine Arts, Kansas City, label on verso along with stamp.
Very good original condition. There are no issues of damage, repair, in-painting, touch-up loss, or repair of any type visible under UV light.
