10: AN 18THC. MASSACHUSETTS CHIPPENDALE CHEST ON CHEST

A Cherry chest-on-chest in two parts, the swan's neck pediment with brass floral rosettes centering brass spherical and flame finial above plain tympanum over a center drawer with carved radial reeding flanked by two stacked drawers over four graduated drawers the whole flanked by reeded pilasters; conforming base fitted with four graduated drawers supported by short cabriole legs terminating in ball and claw feet. Fitted with replacement brass batwing pulls. 86.5 x 40 x 20 inches.
We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Good overall condition noting replaced brasses, two upper drawers have oak secondary woods, all others have pine, a chip and loss to upper left drawer, minor bumps and rubs at the feet, missing two finials.
