24: LADIES' ROLEX 18K GOLD AND DIAMOND COCKTAIL WATCH

A Ladies 18k yellow gold and diamond cocktail wristwatch with 18k yellow gold bracelet and hallmarked fold-over gold clasp, Ref. J 365, made by Rolex, Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1960. The silvered dial with applied gold baton hour chapter, Coronet at twelve and gilt baton hands with the dial marked 'Rolex, Precision, Swiss' with a faceted crystal having beveled outer edge. The watch case with original strap and folding clasp of 18K gold, the lugs set with 8 diamonds, watch case and movement signed, the round 18k yellow gold brushed and polished case marked for Montres Rolex, 18k with the Swiss Helvetia hallmark for solid gold, and reference # J365. The lugs are hooded and the case is fully integrated with a solid 18k yellow gold rope twist type double strand bracelet with a graduated set of three diamonds to either side. The watch face measures .5 inches, wrist size 6.25 inches, weighs 19.8 grams.
