110: A SEVRES STYLE CABINET VASE WITH CHAMPLEVE MOUNTS

An artist signed Sevres style parcel gilt and jeweled vase, ovoid porcelain body centering an oval reserve with polychrome painted scantily clad cupid holding arrow and rose artist signed C. Rochette, flanked by scrolling reeded acanthus draped handles terminating in rosettes, long cylindrical flaring neck with twisting lobed reserves painted of chains of flowers and foliate, raised on a circular spreading foot similarly decorated and supported on a shaped onyx plinth base. Measures 7.5 x 2.25 x 2.25 inches.

Very good original condition with genuine patina to the bronze mounts, a tiny pit or flaw in the bronze collar just below champleve portion, two small bits of gold enamel lost. No actual damage or repair. Slight discoloration to white enamel on neck.
