178: A PAIR OF EARLY 20TH C. VENETIAN PAINTED CHAIRS

A pair of Polychrome Venetian Chairs, in the Rococo taste, painted overall with trailing floral details, the crest above a reticulated vasiform splat flanked by rectangular stiles continuing flowering vine decoration, on a trapezoidal seat with inset neutral upholstery over a similarly painted serpentine seat rail and raised n ocabriole legs ending in scrolled trefid feet. Measure 32 x 17 x 17 inches each.
We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Good with bright colors, there are the effects of age and use, primarily wear and loss of paint at some edges. No damage, repair or repaint.
