An Egyptian Revival white onyx Napoleon III Mantle clock with French Imperial Eagle surmount and rooster finials over molded crest above the columnar supports flanking the enamel decorated dial with Roman marker chapter ring centered by a cut and gilded bronze bas relief of opposing winged lions and encircled by a cast gilt bezel, French clock movement signed Japy Freres, over a relief chariot scene and rising on a metal-mounted plinth base supported on lion's paw feet, with key. Measures 19.5 x 10 x 12 inches.
