207: AN INTERESTING CONTINENTAL SCHOOL OIL ON CANVAS

A well-framed late 19th to early 20th century oil on canvas depiction of a view from within a cave(?) out to a bay where a ship at anchor rests and figures at the shore unload a launch. Measures 16 x 20 inches, in 22.75 x 26.75 inch frame. Measures 48 x 21 x 12 inches.
We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Very minor craquelure and, more so, contraction of the medium; wear, patina and/or intentional distress to the gilded frame.
