255: MANNER OF MELCHIOR DE HONDECOETER OIL ON CANVAS

A 19th century Dutch School oil on canvas in the manner of Melchior de Hondecoeter; a large central flaming urn with satyr, classical maiden and goat heads draped by a garland of flowers on a veranda with monkey and parrot, fruit and a velvet drapery. Measures approximately 55 x 55 inches, in 62.5 x 62.5 inch frame. Unsigned.
