Titled 'Rod Mill - Sheffield Steel Corporation' lower left, numbered 54/60 center, signed lower right, plate size 10 x 13.75, sheet measures 12.5 x 18 and the frame is 18 x 21.5 inches. Circa 1947, from the Sheffield Steel commissions.
