28: BIRGER SANDZEN (1871-1954) SIGNED LITHOGRAPH

A pencil signed lithograph titled 'The Hillside Farm' lower left, signed lower right and again in the plate. The image measures 10 x 14 inches, the deckle sheet size is 16.25 x 19.75 inches, frame size is 18 x 21.5 inches. We ship in-house for all items with the exception of very large and or very fragile pieces and some international shipments.
Very good, noting a pale mat outline surrounding the image. The complete sheet with four deckle edges not laid down, no damage, repair, punctures, tears, other stain or repair.
