A very unusual six-sided brass frame lantern, the frame built from ornate stamped brass stock with an embossed brass gallery over ruby flash glass panels cut to clear and highly detailed painted porcelain lithophanes after classic works of art, a second border of ruby flash glass panes below and ball shape feet. Measures 13.25 x 10 inches.
