183: A 20TH C.(?) 24-INCH CHINESE PORCELAIN DRAGON DISH

Decorated at the centre in 'biscuit' colors with five dragons on a bed of white flower heads and green foliage, on a black ground, the rim with ten reserves of Precious Things on a green trellis diaper and a band of yellow ruyi heads, the reverse also sparsely decorated, the base with what is presumed to be an apocryphal four character mark of the Kangxi emperor reign within a double square. Measures 24 inches in diameter.
Very good condition, there are no chips, cracks or repairs.
