A cylinder-form stoneware recuperative gas lamp body or chimney as used for Cromartie / Sugg gas lamps, the flared and pierced base with impressed Doulton Lambeth stamp, no date mark, signed under the base 'b=b' for Emily Baker and 'ESF'. Measures 13.5 inches high, 7.75 inch diameter base.
Hairline crack under the base and up the body, otherwise good and free from other chips, cracks or repairs.
