Mabel Dwight was a female American artist of note. She began creating art in 1895 and from 1935 until the year this image was created, 1939, she worked under the WPA and FAP projects.
Very good, never framed, uneven edge the lower left margin well outside of the image area, toning near the deckle edges; no stain, repair, mat burn or condition issue. Apparently the full untrimmed sheet, not laid down.
