A 19th century English silk needlework picture of a woman spinning, painted facial, hand and other features. The visible portion through the oval mat measures 8.75 x 6.75 inches, 14.25 x 12.25 inches. A second Japanese needlework piece is included, the sight size of this work visible through the mat equals 13 x 9.75 inches, 18.75 x 15.5 inches overall.
