Ebonised wood shaft with gold-filled top and nickel ferrule. he gold filled top crown chased and engraced with srolls and florals, stmped maker's marks and numeral 2, inlaid gold top engraved F.X.__ (probably Francis Xavier ______) Feb 8, 1902). The seller purchased this from the Naismith Estate, Lawrence, KS. The head measures 2 x 1.5 inches, length 36 inches.
Good to very good condition, noting considerable wear to the ebonised wood shaft.
