Achromatic Stereoscope with storage cabinet base to stow the viewer, signed Achromatic Smith, Beck and Beck, London on the thermoplastic lens apertures, hand engraved number of 1324, polished mahogany body, mirrored reflecting lid, lens pair with rack-and-pinion adjustment, good optics. Measures 3.25 x 6 x 6 inches, in 5.25 x 7 x 8 inch case.

Very good original condition, minor warping, shrinkage and separations as expected, minor effects of age. Viewer in excellent condition with clear optics, case shows some wear, but very good overall.
