An outstanding cabinet model of highly figured mahogany veneers, canted corners with two-color marquetry designs, glass knobs, distinctive rounded top doors, the angled wood cylinder oculars mounted to a removable panel framed in concave moldings, hinged top covers, one with with light reflecting mirror, back ground glass light diffuser, intact mechanism, the eye pieces move in and out for focusing. Measures 20.5 x 10.5 x 11 inches.

Good condition with old, if not original, finish, minor bumps and chips from age and use, missing the mirror form the top hinged lid, cracked diffuser screen. Mild cosmetic wear and scratches, some chipping to eyepiece cups, optics good but show some wear to field edges. Interior spindle good and tight, with two glass knobs to sides.
