Each hinged panel of shaped rectangular form having carved foliate rocaille frame with detailed borders enclosing recessed and padded panels, centering a cartouche-shaped reserve painted with a bucolic scene of a maiden and her courtier with a shell-carved pierced crest flanked by ear-shaped hand-painted panels each featuring a cupid. Measures 73 x 53.75 inches overall.
