84: A CA. 1900 ETCHED CRYSTAL AND SILVER PLATE PUNCH

The double bellied crystal with etched motifs of flowers and foliate over a band of diaper patterning, the vessel set into a scalloped band of pierced silver featuring rocaille, cartouches and lattice, raised on a shaped rocaille base with four scroll feet; domed and lobed silver lid surmounted by a figural eagle finial. Stamped markings. Measures 17.5 x 8.5 inches.
Very good condition throughout. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The silver condition is good and without base metal, the eagle finial is a bit askew.
