The rectangular hinged box finely repoussé and chased overall with a dense pattern of C-scrolls, acanthus leaves, flowers and lattice, the lid with acanthi reserve, lid and foot trimmed with wavy edge, gold wash interior. Birmingham sterling silver hallmarks for 1902, attributed to Griffiths & Singleton. Measures 1.25 x 5 x 1.5 inches.
Very good condition. There are no issues of damage, repair, scratches or wear.
