155: A 19TH C. CONTINENTAL BRASS CENTERPIECE WITH PUTTI

The top portion an oval brass band with leaf pattern and inset glass top flanked by two acanthus leafs and supported by a pair of putto herms with cast palmette design standing on an oval stepped base with beading centering an acanthus bud finial, the whole raised on four paw feet with scrolling rosettes. Measures 7.25 x 7 x 4.75 inches.
