A large morganite gemstone with a faceted tear drop cut mounted in a double-sided 14k gold setting to be worn either direction, sixteen .01 diamonds on the reverse, marked 14k on the bail, morganite gem measures approximately 7.71 carats, pendant measures 1.25 inches including the bail, weight 6.1 grams.
