Two copies of the first American edition of "Nineteen Eighty-Four," 8vo, 314 pp, cloth, one with the original dust jacket, and Book of the Month Club flyer inserted in preliminaries. Other copy of the same stated first, lacking dust jacket, otherwise identical.
Mild toning throughout, dust jacket with tear from lower left corner, and small tears around bottom. Good condition overall.
