WWII WAR BOND POSTERS AFTER NORMAN ROCKWELL

65: WWII WAR BOND POSTERS AFTER NORMAN ROCKWELL

Three original war bond posters from a set of four originally issued by the Office of War Information in 1943. The inspiration for each Painting by Rockwell stems from the tenets of Franklin D. Roosevelt's Sate of the Union speech of 1941 where he declared every human should be entitled to the basic essential rights of Speech, Religion, Freedom from Fear and Freedom from Want. Each of these paintings was illustrated in The Saturday Evening Post that same year. Each 16-fold poster measure 40 x 28 inches each.

We happily provide seamless in-house packing and shipping services on nearly everything we sell.
Even toning, single tack holes on some of the corners. Light wear along the fold lines especially evident where the folds form a corner. Very good overall.
