191: TWO LARGE FOLIO CURRIER AND IVES PHOTOGRAVURES

In the opinion of the auction house, these are a technique similar to photogravure, not stone litho. The name of company lithographer F. Palmer is misspelled (F. Palmr) on the Hudson Highlands print, the paper does not appear to be of the period. Four Seasons image size is 15 x 23 on 24 x 30 inch sheet. Image for Hudson Highlands is 16.25 x 22.25 on  25 x 30 inch sheets. 
Tears and discoloration.
